Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") define the agreement between you and the creators of Legendary Footblast. By accessing our game, website, or related services, you accept these Terms fully. If you disagree with any part of this agreement, please do not continue using our platform.

1. Who Can Play

You must be 13 years or older to access Legendary Footblast. Users under the age of majority in their country must only play with parental or legal guardian permission. We want all players to feel safe and supported, so age requirements matter.

2. Creating Your Squad

• To enjoy full access, including multiplayer features and team progression, you’ll need to create a personal player account.
• Protect your login like your team captain protects the final minute — don’t share credentials or transfer accounts.
• Accounts found breaking rules may be benched (suspended) or removed permanently.

3. Respect the Game

Legendary Footblast is built on fair play, sportsmanship, and global respect. By playing, you agree to:

• Be a team player — avoid offensive language, griefing, or trolling.
• Stay clean — no cheats, bots, exploits, or third-party tools.
• Compete honestly — in ranked leagues, friendlies, and co-op modes.
• Report misconduct responsibly using in-game tools.

4. Optional In-Game Content

You can choose to purchase digital content including team kits, stadium themes, pro players, and in-game currency. All purchases are final and tied to your account. We do not offer refunds unless local law specifically requires it.

5. Creative Ownership

• Everything you see — player designs, logos, animations, soundtracks, and user interfaces — belongs to the team behind Legendary Footblast or licensed partners.
• Please don’t reuse, remix, or redistribute our materials without permission.

6. Evolving the Game

To keep the experience fresh, we may update mechanics, rebalance gameplay, add features, or remove outdated content. These updates may happen regularly and sometimes without notice — that's part of the game’s living world.

7. Player Conduct & Enforcement

If your behavior breaks our code — whether it’s toxic chat, match manipulation, or anything else disruptive — your access may be temporarily or permanently restricted. We protect the field for everyone.

8. Using the Platform

We’re not responsible for issues beyond our control, including connectivity drops, device failures, or emotional reactions to gameplay outcomes. Play smart, and use settings/tools that suit your device.

9. Player Submissions

Whether it’s a custom team chant, highlight clip, or tactical feedback — anything you submit to us may be used for improving or promoting the game. You confirm that your submission doesn’t violate copyrights or community safety.

10. Legal Framework

These Terms follow the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes, claims, or legal actions will be resolved according to the systems of that jurisdiction.

11. Updates to This Agreement

Terms may evolve alongside the game. If we update them, we’ll post the new version here. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the new terms — even if you haven't read every line (but we recommend you do).
